#10 The Numbers Speak For Themselves
By any measure—especially numerical—the SC Roads campaign was a big success. But it’s worth taking a closer look at some of the results, to see what is possible with digital advocacy.

- 25,000 emails delivered to legislators
- 4,000 phone calls connected to legislators’ offices
- 130+ tweets posted @ legislators
- 201+ posts to legislators’ Facebook pages
Through the course of the campaign, it became evident that our team had created an army of advocates that were willing to reach out and contact local legislators about the issue. Our team’s job was to make it easy for the advocates to connect. We gave them direct email access, phone numbers a the click of a button and, more importantly, a voice.
