#3 ON YOUR MARK, GET SET –CODE.
After we had a little help from the community drafting a powerful message, it was time to get coding. That’s right, we built a powerhouse website.
For almost every single campaign that we run here at Push Digital, we build a hub, or a nerve center, where the campaign can physically live on the internet. So for SCFOR, we developed a single-issue microsite with a simple, yet strong, call-to-action. This was critical for many reasons, but most importantly we absolutely had to capture people’s attention as soon as they land on the site. Or else, we lost them.
The microsite encouraged people to give us their opinion, submit images and videos of road conditions near them and we encouraged people to take action by contacting their local legislators.
In short, the www.scfor.org website gave us the ability to:
1. Pull people into the nerve center (website).
2. Demand that they take action.
3. Create change.
